Enthusiasts ought to like the movie claims Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows reviews

Followers of the "Harry Potter" films will not be let down, according to most "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" moive reviews. Of course, reviews are out for only the first part of the "Deathly Hallows" saga. That said, the moive reviews are mostly good and contend that enthusiasts will like it but the inexperienced probably won’t.

‘Harry Potter and the Death Hallows’ reviews

Reviews were pretty good for “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” on Rotten Tomatoes. The film currently has a rating of 77 percent “Fresh,” although the rating is subject to change. Some reviews describe the film as dull, but the bottom line is that if a viewer is a longtime fan, the film is sure to be interesting. The final installments are substantially darker than previous installments, but the book made it clear the “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” movie was not going to be as whimsical as previous entries. Roger Ebert gave the film three out of four stars, and when his assessment of the tone and performances of the film are overwhelmingly good, he does point out that devoted fans are going to understand it far better than the uninitiated.

Loder unloads

Kurt Loder, no longer the resident film critic at MTV, had been not amused. He thinks that rather than having "two and a half lackluster hours" with a cliffhanger at the end, they should have just ended it. He also says that there were "whole sequences" that would "cry out for elimination. The movie has some redeeming virtues though. This is something he explains.

What fans want

The seventh film isn't something just anyone will go see. It's going to be a fan that does this. Hopefully the legendary film and book franchise of the decade will be ended well enough for many who grew up with "Harry Potter" and Hogwarts since Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson are ready to move on with their careers.
