Lindsay Lohan is in trouble with the law again. The Los Angeles court called her in because she failed another drug test. Lohan just lately spent 13 days of a 90-day sentence in the LA county jail, before being released for a 23-day stint in rehab at Ronald Reagan Memorial Hospital. The rehab did not take. She failed a drug test during probation which was really routine. The judge will get to choose what happens with her now.
Another Lohan substance test failed
Lindsay Lohan was expected to be put back in jail following the latest drug test. Lindsay Lohan does not seem so shy about her life, The Guardian reports. She tweeted on Twitter to her followers that she failed a drug test. Dina Lohan and Ali Lohan, also as Lindsay Lohan’s attorney, were conspicuously absent. Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, said he doesn’t want her going to arrest. He’d rather be going to jail himself. Court Elden Fox decided Lindsay should be in arrest and denied bail. Her next hearing won’t be until October 22.
Issues from before
As a former child star, Lindsay Lohan was shown in 2007 in her first bit of lawful trouble. Lohan crashed an auto twice under the influence of alcohol, and was mandated to get therapy, as outlined by the Los Angeles Times. She got in some extra trouble with the court. She missed some of the meeting on alcohol education. At that very same time she was given substance tests. She was positive for cocaine. After doing just under two weeks in jail, she underwent a three-week rehabilitation. She went on probation after that which required substance screenings. She was found to have ingested amphetamines after her sentence. Until October, she could be stuck in arrest. That will be the longest she’s ever had to serve.
Judges are mean
Her father, and others, have decried the denial of bail until her listening to. This is something that has to be done. Definitely nothing else has worked yet.
