Rumors that John Edwards is engaged are flying

John Edwards, according to the National Enquirer, is engaged to his girlfriend and mistress. Some resources “close to” the couple are saying the rumor is true. Other “sources close to the couple” are denying the rumors. Edwards’ history with Hunter has been reported first by the National Enquirer a number of times in the past. Let’s just hope that payday loans aren’t getting used to keep people from talking to the press. Article source – John Edwards engaged – Another denial, another day by MoneyBlogNewz.

Engagement of John Edwards: Is it true?

Supposedly, Edwards proposed to Rielle Hunter less than a month after his wife’s death, reports the National Enquirer. The couple will supposedly be living in a beach home. About $350 million was bought for the occasion. "Sources close to the couple" is how the report says it is valid. Apparently MSNBC knows "sources close to the couple" as well. They say there is no engagement. whether or not John Edwards is really engaged is something only the couple knows right now.

How the National Enquirer/Edwards relationship works

While celebrities and their follies are often the fodder for tabloids, the Edwards and National Enquirer have a unique history. It was the National Enquirer that first reported that John Edwards was having an affair. While it was initially denied, Edwards did eventually admit the affair. The National Enquirer was also the first source to report that Hunter and Edwards had a daughter together, another report that was initially denied but eventually admitted.

Affair of John Edwards

The estranged wife of John Edwards was Elizabeth Edwards. Less than a month ago she dies from cancer. Recently, her will was unsealed. She didn't put John Edwards in her will at all. In fact, their three children got everything. John and Elizabeth had been separated for several months. Tabloid reports have not always been correct about the couple, as the initial report was that they were buying a house were published over a year ago and have been denied multiple times.
